We carefully wrap then pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your beautiful purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund... You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 30 days to be eligible. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com stating your invoice number and whether you would like to refund or exchange — less the shipping fee (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.

Standard orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. If we are unable to supply your order in full we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you. We will let you know when are can supply the item in question or offer you a full refund.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location.
Damages. We take the utmost care when handling and packing your order, in the unlikely event your item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your delivery.
